I have not been able to program this tv to make it work! It looks great when you get it out of the box. We mounted it under the cabinet and it looks even better! The instructions for programming are too sketchy. I will try one more time, then back in the box it goes for a return to Walmart.

Need to return this. The company does not work with me and has hung up on me while I've tried to talk to them to see why it doesn't work. Very unhappy. Already bought another tv that sits on the counter. Will be returning to Walmart.

Once you set the time, sync ur Bluetooth and go away and turn it off. When you come back and turn it on the machine doesn't follow any commands. In order to get it to respond you must unplug it and start over again. Re sync it, set the clock, stations, etc.

i ordered this product from two different web sights and received them in a good time frame but when installing them by directions neither one of them worked even after calling and working with sylvania tech support people.
