I like this with almond milk. It's filing and stays with you for a while. It's just sweet enough with a good crunch that doesn't get soggy at the end of your bowl.

I love that this cereal is full of protein and whole grains. It tastes amazing and I have it most days of the week. I wish the boxes were bigger though as I go through a box every three days or so.

It's a very healthy cereal, and it has one bonus. Large volumes of gas. Basically 2-4 hours after eating you'll soon become king or queen of flatulence. If you've ever wanted to blast your family on a road trip, this cereal is for you.
