This stuff helps knock me out! I share a cup before bedtime with my toddler and we both sleep really well. It has a nice mild flavor, and it's really good mixed with milk and a little bit of honey.

I could drink this tea all day. This flavor, and Vanilla Honey Chamomile are my absolute favorite from Celestial. The taste is way better than the smell, not saying that it stinks lol.
