There is always a 50/50% possibility when you get anything refurbished it will not work. Unfortunately for me it crashed twice then on the 3rd crash received an error something like "This PC suffered a fatal crash" has to return it to wal-mart. Hate to rate this poor but that was my experience.

I had this item for 3 days and it crashed... Come to find out it was a bad HD or Motherboard... I ended up spending more money on getting a new one as it was a gift and this was just a waste of time and effort for me... I will NEVER EVER buy electronics off here again... VERY DISAPPOINTED... >:(
