This was my second purcase and it is excellent for drinking. Th directions call for 1 1/3 cup of powder for to make a quart of milk. I think one cup was enough to make a quart and it tastes very good.

I mix this 50/50 with unflavored whey isolate (also a powder) and add 1-2 Tbsp to my morning cup of coffee. That takes care of my breakfast protein. :-) Even as a straight-up powdered creamer, it beats any of the artificial white powdered creamers hands-down.
