I tried calling the 800 number on the back of the bag and no every time our office is closed I called at 3 pm Central time. I am super mad it was very nasty!! I even took pics but I guess I dont buy it no more I bought 2-3 bags a week and Ill tell every body I know not to buy it!!

The impoved version is definitely not that! The only thing it improved on is WAY more SALT/sodium which makes it so hard to eat because it tastes like someone dumped in a cup full of salt and its so sticky on the hands as well. We used to buy this all the time for car trips or stocking stuffers. But this was absolutely awful. I will not buy this again. I don't know what they did to the process but it was hard, dry and no flavor

I usually buy at LEAST a bag a week. This last bag I got was so dry it was like eating leather. Will try contacting the 1800 number to see if there is an issue, but YUCK.

The bag has gotten smaller and now it is the 'Improved recipe.' I'm not a fan of it. The pieces are now sticky and leave an oily texture on my fingers. The old recipe was drier but at least I didn't have to wipe my hands after every piece.
