I LOVE these wrappers! It is so easy to make spring rolls. They are not meant to be fried or used for egg rolls. They are just meant for the filling and to be wrapped and eaten. Don't soak these too long or in too hot water or they will rip. I added a bit of salt to the warm water to give them some flavor since I cooked them in an air fryer. Worked great for me. First time making spring rolls was a success!

If you are looking for a gluten free alternative to a wrap, try using these! In order to prepare your lunch ahead of time you can wrsp the completed roll in wax paper to save for later. I put in Salad mixes with the dressing tossed in with chicken for a healthier to go lunch

These are fine for spring rolls. Spring rolls are NOT egg rolls. You can't fry these. You soak for a few secs in warm water, fill and roll. Done. They're sturdy and don't fall apart which is actually more important.
