Found my new pre/post workout bar. Not a strong coconut flavor and goes well with the chocolate. I like that it's low in sugar but taste isn't compromised. I am trying to work on lower my carb intake. These bars are helping me do that. Just sweet enough, great coconut flavor, and a thin layer of chocolate makes these bars a winner.

One of the better tasting High Protein Bars on the market. The guilty pleasure of a candy bar without the heavy carb load. Contains high quality Whey protein and with relatively low Carbs does not spike my blood sugar levels. As a practicing Chiropractor for over forty years I recommend them.
