I wanted to make something special for my birthday. I was inspired by the Strawberry Kisses to make my ganache for a drip cake and molded to make roses for my cake and petite fours (they are frosted with Birthday Cake Kisses)

These are so good and addicting. Very hard to find. I will stock up when I find them. They remind me of strawberry pocky. I love the crunchy bits in them too.
