Perfect spray for cooking, great flavor without a bunch of weird chemicals. Sometimes I spray a little on steamed broccoli for flavor without adding a lot of fat. Have not tried it on toast, but works great for Cuban sandwiches

I absolutely love this stuff. I don't know how they went from butter to ghee to liquid ghee spray... But this is real butter in a spray can with a high smoke point. So, it's unlikely to burn when cooking. I know it's not just me, on most things butter tastes better than oil. But it burns easily...
