Great, easy mix that makes puffy, golden muffins. I like the suggested add-ins listed on the package. I added fresh cranberries and orange zest to the mix, which worked quite well. Thanks for this gluten free option!

I made the muffins adding frozen blueberries, lemon zest and almonds. I was pleasantly surprised at how good they were. They really didn't taste like gluten free and were not too sweet. I would highly recommend if you need gluten free.
