No need to go to a Thai restaurant. This Thai Red Curry with chicken and red peppers is easy to cook and is authentic with a spicy kick. We've also tried the Yellow and Green Sauces. All good but the coconut based Red and Yellow are the favorites.

Just like a good restaurant. No fake BS ingredients. All pure. A bit too spicy for my pallet, but hubby Loves it. I just add sour cream to my portion. We made it with salmon and jasmine rice. Next time I'll add coconut milk instead of the water.
