I'm not a huge fan of protein powders but I found this one dissolved well and the flavor was sweet which was perfect for adding to cold brew coffee as an on the go creamer to add protein to my daily routine.

This is absolutely my favorite protein powder! It gives me the protein I need for my workouts without an overload of carbs! I'm not on Keto but I like to eat low carb. It tastes amazing in smoothies, and I love making coconut flour protein pancakes with it.

This stuff is tasty. I Like it alone with water and ice, with milk and coffee or just coffee. Good for a treat when you are needing a meal replacement or when trying to add muscle.

The flavor of this is closer to cake batter, which I actually prefer. I just added a scoop to 6-8 oz milk in a mason jar and shook it. Texture was better than any other protein powder I've ever tried. Price is much cheaper than on Amazon as well. Will definitely buy again.
