There are many essential oils that don't smell quite the same as the original flower seed or herb... but caraway seed essential oil smells to me EXACTLY like fresh caraway seeds. The scent is surprisingly uplifting even joyful - I cannot wait to try it in some diffuser blends.

So glad you carry this! I love to add this with cinnamon clove bergamot and sassafrass (which is no longer legal to buy- but I still have a small amount!) to add to a certain soap recipe and I love it! The caraway seed adds a depth to the scent that I cannot get with any other oil.
