I drank this in the morning. A bit gritty but I can understand why. It kept me full all but I knew I needed at least 1 meal. I ate a sub, small bag of cheetos and a cookie. The next morning I pooped like 5x. It settles in the belly during the day and comea out the next morning. I feel lighter.

This particular flavor is good by itself , however I usually mix the vanilla bean in with my green smoothies , I tried it with this one at it tasted bad . So I highly recommend drinking alone .

as someone with a pretty severe dairy allergy this product is great. it gives me no reaction and is a great source of protein. i blend it into a smoothie and i can't even taste it :)

Sometimes I add Orgain Super Foods meal replacement to my morning smoothie, and sometimes I shake it up with water in a blender bottle. I love it! I chose vanilla because it allows me to add other flavors like chocolate or frozen fruit.
