As a vegan, DHA is very hard to get in your diet. I really like this product because it allows DHA into my diet without having to eat fish. Also, an added bonus, it doesn`t make you burp the fish taste, like fish oil does. And, buying this product online is cheaper than getting it at the store.

It`s hard finding vegan DHA -- or any supplement -- that is free of corn, soy and GMOs. This was the only vegan DHA I found that met those criteria. I`ve been very happy with it. And it has no flavor or after-effects (e.g. no burping) after taking.
