Mother has Alzheimer's and is elderly. She is constipated all the time. I give half the dose daily with yogurt and she has bowel movement daily. This has not given her diarrhea and nor has it thoroughly cleaned her out. But it provides some degree of bowel movement daily.

My doctor recommended this in preparation for a colonoscopy. Mixed it with orange Gatorade and it was almost tasteless. It did not have any nasty medicine taste and it worked.

My daughter mixes this into cider or orange juice every day. She needs to be on meds that make her constipated. Using Miralax at lunchtime helps so much in making her regular, and softening her stools. It's easy to mix in her drink and you can't taste it. It's really great stuff and helps a lot!
