I'm cool-toned, and this highlight is beautiful. It's a very creamy texture, and it blends out incredibly well. It's nice over or under makeup. Personally, I apply it to my face after priming with my finger tips. I like the effect it gives under a matte foundation.

I am really loving this liquid glow illuminator. I actually mixed it with my Visible Lift Foundation and it gave my skin a nice sheen and glow. I love it along with the new Lumi Powder. They both light up your skin!!! Great job L'Oreal for coming out with such innovative products!
