I have just purchased two replacement mats the thick ones that I use for Yoga. I have two steel knees from past sports, Army Viet Nam service and just general wear and tear. the added thickness really helps with my knees.

Very good. I like this product a lot. I have spinal cord injuries and a spinal disease and this is perfect for me to be able to get a little exercise without a lot of strain on my body. It's very easy to use.

I am using this device a little differently than younger people would use it because I am looking to strengthen my arms only. It has worked very well for me and I am very pleased with it. It is strong enough to allow me to attach it to a door knob to use as a resistance tool.
