Work's very well gently over night. I take pain medication for fibromyalgia and use this when necessary. Highly recommend it. Gentle no cramping or diarrhea like other similar one's do.

We find this works better than the vegetable laxative by itself. This contains the stool softener which is a big help.

I have tried several stool softeners and they always cramp me so bad or I'll have diarrhea at very bad timing! These are wonderful. They work overnight with no cramping at all.
