The box came in very good shape and it took me a bit over 2 hours to get all the pieces out and assemble the elliptical. The good news is that I had no missing pieces and no extra pieces, so I am happy about that. The machine is pretty effective and runs smoothly. Very happy customer.

We have had ellipticals in the past and they have been flimsy and squeaky, this one is very sturdy. I will say - it has alot to do with assembly so make sure you do it right and don't rush! Terrible experience! Unit didn't come with all of the correct parts and what's needed is on back order until some time in February. Contacted pro form customer service and they were of NO help. Stay away from making a purchase of a pro form product.

Machine is great. Delivered on time - easy to set up (about 1 1/2 hrs). Instructions were very specific. So far - 3 days, machine is working great - just what I hoped for.

The machine is built well and operates smoothly. I'm mechanically inclined so putting the machine together went smoothly and took about an hour without help. You do need two people to move the box or at least the main body of the elliptical to where you are setting it up.
