I've been a Root Touch Up customer for years. Normally love the product but opened up my normal Dark Blonde box and had quite the surprise. The box, the tube, everything said it was Dark Blonde #7. Opened up a second box and it contained the correct color (see left).

Box came unopened . Was not sealed on top. Makes me think it may have been a returned item . Doesn't usually happen from Walmart

I've requested they bring groceries to my apartment. I have 2 broken hips and they've been leaving them in the lobby! Also, 3 times now they have dropped my soda and the box broke. Soda exploded and they still dumped them in my lobby!!
