On my 2nd bottle of this. I do feel like it's helping my color treated, relaxed hair stay moisturized and protected despite almost daily use of a flat iron. I give it a few squirts about 20 minutes before I'm going to use the flat iron so it can dry in a bit and my hair comes out healthy and shiny.
