I received my collar quickly . It was easy to set up. I am very happy with this product and it's performance. However I do with the remote had a clip to attach to pants or something. Otherwise perfect!

I am on my 3rd Springer Spaniel (Primo) by name. I have used these Remote Trainers from PetSafe for many years now. All 3 Dogs learned almost immediately...after one minor Stimulation with 'Beep" and a Command is about all it takes. After that, all 3 of mine responded right away to just the Beep....
