This stuff is magical. It doesnt drop powder all over when youre going to apply it. It stays put. It's highly pigmented. I bought five shades. Love them all!

This is the perfect color for me…kohl blue. I can soften the line easier than a kohl pencil liner. I extend past my eye if I need a more dramatic look. If during application it gets on my under eye I remove with a damp cotton swab. I also apply before my mascara. Lastly under eye tinted moisturizer.
