I don't get the negative reviews. You can't be expecting a full on punch in your mouth flavor of fruity pebbles. I Love that I feel like Im drinking the cereal milk. Being Diabetic I have to watch my blood sugars and carbs. This is a perfect treat for me. I did mix with water and it came out great. The only thing is the website has a the wrong nutritional value as the actual product

Spot on with the flavor/ taste. The only thing that I would recommend is 3 scoops to 24 ounces (the scoop was larger than expected)..! I followed the directions on the first try and my son said it was too strong of a taste (he is a 15 year old boy who is trying to gain weight).
