I was so excited about this!! Everything about it the screen display the cameras! And then the first night we tried using it the sound SUCKED! The kid has to be screaming loud before you even hear them

The battery does NOT last long. I have to plug in after just one nap time. Other than that, it is a good product.

This baby monitor had promises and I got a good deal on it. However it lacks 2 key issues for me. Night vision is poor, very grainy. You can not charge the cameras, they need to be continuously plugged in to work. I also think this unit was returned as the manufacture seal was broken.

I've had this system now for a few weeks and the battery don't stay charged more than 2-3 hours and the night vision is poor quality that I can't tell what I'm looking at while kids are laying down in bed. I've notice vtech systems the past few years have battery issues. I shouldn't have to leave...
