I bought this one for another room since I have to check my oxygen levels frequently. I didn't use the lanyard but got a case for it because I have enough trouble keeping my oxygen hoses straight without hanging something around my neck and trying to strangle myself! LOL

This is an excellent tool for at home assessment of lung issues. It is a great quality for the price. It came earlier than expected as well.

I especially like the upper peaks of the EKG heart beat shined in Yellow , verticaly, along the right edge of the device. Oxygen levels and Heart Rate are there of course. I dropped the unit to the floor with no damage. Also it comes with a safety strap option.

Does a good job at reading pulse and oxygen level. But its a little heavy on my finger and where you press to open needs to be made different not enough there to get a good grip to open it up... but its not bad enough for me to buy something different. because its only on my finger few seconds it...
