order for my daughter to play with bc she wants to eventually learn so excited when she got it looked good then went to tune it and knobs just sin with it sounds horrible even tightened screws hoping it would help still can't tune

This was a terrible purchase. all strings were loose, one came completely out when we tried to tighten it. The bridges were not attached. I'm not keeping this. It was very cheap and not worth keeping.

Tuning knobs would not hold their position so you can not tune the guitar. Even for a toy, this should work.

Item received was not as pictured. The smell is nauseating. Smells like it was soaked in moth balls.

For the price!!! I was surprised at how we could tune it up. Came with a pick and extra cord or string as you call it. Perfect for our child to play sing along with his favorite kids movies.,
