I've used this for one week, and the product addressed the under eye darkness. I don't get a cooling effect as described, but the darkness has lightened and its very easy to use that I don't skip the step on my busy days.

My eyes are sensitive and flaky dry. I glide it all over my eye and under eye before bed and makeup. Then gently press it into the skin. The eyelid flakiness is barely noticeable. I love this product very much.

Love this new product! Only one drawback is the balm has so much left in the tube itself that you can't get to by turning the tube. I have to use a wooden cuticle stick to dig it out in order to use up the product. Would be nice if you could fix this flaw.
