If you just need a basic yoga mat, this will do. It is quite thin, though-- get this, and then save up for a higher quality mat when you can afford one. I thought this particular print was very pretty-- even nicer than the picture.

The pad is a bit thin so I doubled up. It kind of smells like a swimming pool but I don't mind. I've never slipped on this pad like I do on my other mat that was $130. So I think this is well worth the money and the colors and patterns make for a fun yoga experience.
