My mascara is broken. I expected it to be good but it wasn't like that, the presentation was very nice but it doesn't work.

This mascara seemed like it was empty when I got it. Can't get anything on the wand to put on my lashes. I have bought other E L F products and been happy with them.

I love this mascara its hard to find a good waterproof mascara. This mascara lasts all day long. My only complaint is at night its not easy to wash off.
