I've been using this product for few years and it works well to keep my skin fresh and and sets a good foundation for moisturizer and make-up. I appreciate that it is fragrance-free and that it's alcohol-free so it's gentle on the skin

Been using this for years. Just different Packaging now. Cleans all the makeup off without drying your skin.

I normally use Clinique products. I ran out of cleanser and toner and needed cheap dupes until I could get to Ulta that wouldn't break me out. I took a chance with Neutrogena, my skin remained the same. Works fine.

Great simple toner, I use it after washing my face to prep skin for skin care products. Not a necessary step in the routine but my skin feels tight after rinsing it with water, so I like the more hydrated feel with this extra step.
