I thought the book was based on a weak incident- a four year old got to sit it Hitler's lap. It told the rise and fall of the Third Reich from the mountain of Berchtesgarden. Who really cares. It seems so insignificant from her as opposed to the soldiers WITH THE OLD BREED- E.B. Sledge or HELMET ...

This was quite enjoyable. There could, perhaps, have been more about how they felt when they learned about the atrocities that had been committed under Hitler.
