The jar was not formed perfecty some off set thickness and curves in the glass. the cap has not seal dus not fit right and us not vented to let air in so you have to unscrew it every time to you want a glass. the tap is not metal its plastic covereg in copper covered crome and when you add lemon ...

I filled the jug with a gallon of wine and still had room for the fruit and club soda for my Sangria recipe. The spigot did not leak. It would have looked more expensive if the spigot wasn't a silver plastic. Worked great and fit in the frig without moving shelves.
