This lamp is perfect, very sturdy can stand up to a small fall off accent table (If you have carpet) only beware (which maybe it's normal I don't like shopping) it does not come with the thingy that holds the shade up...so it was like a puzzle first lamp base, then shade, then shade holder thingy...
