Been using this feeder for almost two years but this Spring 2019, a very strong storm dislodged it and it fell to the ground braking the cylinder. Would this be available as a replacement part? Thanks for your help, Barbara Bonge

I put the seed in the feeder hang it up on the tree came back the next day to find the bottom is off and the seeds are on the ground. There's no way to lock it in place. I can't send it back because it is used & no receipt.
