I solved the problem myself. The tech tried but we had no internet connection for him to see the computer from his side. I turned the wireless capabilities back on. Then uninstalled a security software called Axios, then the computer let me sign onto my internet network.

I'm amazed and the quality and durability of my Dell computers. My new Inspiron has a great feel. I matched it with a Dell 32" monitor and Microsoft expanded keyboard. I like Dell, because I always feel like I got the best.
