So far no issues. TV came lined with that plastic protecting the TV finish. Only blemishes were on the remote and it wasn't even that bad. Comes in generic box with corners molded out of heavy duty bubble wrap like stuff. I thought it was pretty sturdy but would still recomend for pick up at Walm...
