Do not purchase this phone. As with other reviewers I have been thru two phones. Both of them have pixilated screens when used. Trying to get a refund from TracFone is useless. Trying to get customer satisfaction thru TracFone is useless.

The phone was great for three weeks. then the screen went white and staticy and stopped working. Nobody at Walmart can help you. You are on your own. Go with someone else where there is support.

on my 2nd day having this phone it has crashed multiple times and it has also gone dark with pixels all over the screen. kinda like snow on an old t.v.. Wouldn't recommend. Went thru 2 A32 phones in a week, phone would say emergency calls only and had to reboot it. Then it wouldn't even turn on (it had a full charge)
