Apples and Cinnamon has been my favorite flavor. Not on any special diet. I grew up eating oatmeal. I love Kind oatmeal because it has lowest total sugars compared to many other competitors. I can't stress enough the delivery was quick. Awesome oatmeal and even better timely delivery.
