For a quick white sauce we find as long as we add sour creme and half and half to taste and thickness it's really good.....we sauteed sweet onions a l o t of the time to add more flavor also...last time all of the above with shrimp over DeCecco noodles and grated fresh Romano.......loved it.... ...
