I agree, brisket can be tricky, the one I got was excellent. And so convenient and quick! I heated some up as a meal with potatoes and veggies, and I used some on a bun as a bbq sandwich, I can see why it's out of stock because I would buy one right now if they had any.

I was hesitant due to the other reviews, but this tasted great! I cooked it per the oven instructions. It tasted great on its own, but I did eat it with BBQ sauce because I'm a bbq sauce fan. Yummy!!

This was so good. I have to eat a high protein diet and these were the best for lunch or a quick bite. I love that they were not drenched in sugary BBQ sauce!!

Brisket can be 'tricky.' Very lean brisket is often tough. Marbled brisket is best for my taste buds. I microwaved as directed. The brisket was mostly marbled but well trimmed of outer fat. I did trim a bit more outer fat, about 5%, so nominal. Spices were excellent with no strange or hot pep...
