Love this lemon juice !! When kids aren't feeling well and one of us starts to catch a cold I blend this juice with ice and it's delicious and refreshing also kicks colds in the butt!!

So far the only organic lemon juice not from concentrated I found to do my cheese. - 1 liter of fresh organic milk - 12 minutes in microwave - add salt - add 30 ml of 100% lemon juice Santa Cruz - stir - wait 30 minutes - drain - refrigerate
