My wife uses this to make her overnight oats. She also makes hearty, healthy homemade bread using this ground up cereal (see photo). Healthy can certainly be delicious!

We love this item so much that when it disappeared from the stores in late Spring we ordered a 25-lb bag. Every morning it goes in a big bowl with fruit, chia, flax, walnuts and dairy-free yogurt. We never start a day without it!
