While I'm not much of a pumpkin lover I do use this spice for pumpkin rolls, which my family loves and pies. I'm sure it could be used in cookies or other areas also. I'm sure it could be used in drinks or maybe even to freshen your house cooked on the stove in some water with some oranges.
