I cannot get over how quick and easy this is...not to mention delicious! All you do is mix in 2 cups of boiling water to flakes and ....you have mashed potatoes. No need to add milk or butter. It is perfect the way it is.

I just heat up water in an electric kettle, measure it out, pour into a bowl then add the potato powder and stir, then I have yummy mashed potatoes that didn't hurt. I have arthritis and it's hard to stand in the kitchen to mash potatoes so these are a godsend.
