I'm really grateful to have gluten-free, delicious (and fortified) cereal after developing gluten intolerance. Your fingers will be covered in crumbs if you eat it with hands. Better to sprinkle the cereal (and crumbs at the bottom of the bag) onto yoghurt. YW ;)
