It's more like a spring steel metal used for the blade. Tried using in a flowerbed and it curled inward then sprung back straight. Avoid!

would give it a zero Stars if possible. Do not buy this you will be bringing it back like I did. third time I put it in the ground it bent in half I guess I handle might be good. Again do not buy this!

0 stars. Can't even scoop cat litter. Take it off the shelves. Liability!!!! Walked out put it to dirt and walked it right back in to return it. Why have a foot stomper if you can't put any amount of weight on it!!!!

Metal is too thin and bends a lot when put foot to shovel dirt unless spade is absolutely straight down. Bought because handle is fiberglass, but did not realize could not dig because metal bends. I appreciate Walmart's great prices but they should draw the line at such sub-par products. Unable t...
