This isn't the true, long-grain basmati rice. Doesn't have that flavor plus it is short-grain! True basmati rice is supposed to swell-up when cooked; this doesn't! The Great Value Basmati Rice is much better. I wouldn't waste my money buying this brand.

Took a chance with this product despite the negative reviews and we were disappointed. While the rice appears to be long grain, it doesn't have either the aroma or the taste of the basmati that is being advertised. Disappointed especially as we are paying a premium for that type..

This is not Basmati Rice. It has short grains, and tastes not like basmati.

we usually get Kitchen King rice from other stores, the rice quality is amazing. Long basmati rice with excellent taste. This one right here is totally opposite. the rice is small and does not even have taste like Kitchen King. Looks more like it can be used for Bird feed. Would give 0 rating.
